Delray Beach Private Investigator

Our client is married to a dentist with a practice North of Boca Raton. Our client travels for business and is gone for several days at a time. Although she did not have many signs that he was unfaithful, she did notice that she could rarely reach him on his cell phone when she was away. A friend recommended us to her and she elected to have him watched for two days when she traveled next.

On the first day of surveillance, the subject departed from work dressed casually. He drove to a well known bar on S. Ocean in Delray Beach and was obviously know to the bar tenders. Approximately twenty minutes after he arrived, a female identified as his “office manager” arrived and joined him. They stayed at the bar for approximately two hours drinking and kissing on several occasions. Our investigator was able to obtain video of the infidelity using a hidden camera clipped inside of his shirt. For almost an hour he was able to sit directly across the bar from them and film them at close range. They departed at the same time and drove separately to a marina, also in Delray Beach. They parked next to one another and walked onto a 40 foot cabin cruiser. (The boat turned out to be registered to a close friend of the subject.) Our investigator positioned him self on a neighboring pier and while using a zoom lens video taped them on the boat disrobing each other and going down into the cabin. At one point, the subject went out on the deck, picked up his female companion’s purse and brought it to her while he was completely nude! After approximately three hours on the boat, the subject and woman departed the boat and once back at their vehicles, they kissed, he patted her bottom and departed in separate vehicles.

Our client had enough information to make her decision and we elected not to continue the Delray Beach infidelity surveillance any further.

Boca Raton Private Detective

In a recent case involving a resident of Boca Raton, our client believed that her husband was cheating on her and she was also convinced the he was being very cautious and watching her very closely. She was afraid to even call a Boca Raton private investigator and found our website on a computer at the local library. Once she contacted us, we were able to check her laptop computer and determined that her husband had put spy ware on her computer and was monitoring her internet activity. Knowing this, she was now fairly certain that he was cheating.

A friend had reported to her that there was a rumor her husband may have a girl friend living near Pompano Beach and that he may be supporting her financially. We conducted a background investigation of her husband which failed to locate anything unusual, but he did have a number of businesses registered to him at his office address which she was unaware of. After further investigation, it was determined that one business appeared to have only one asset, a condo in a beach front high rise building acquired approximately three years prior to our investigation. Investigator’s made a visit to the residence in question and learned from management that our client’s husband did indeed own the condo and that his fiancée was home but our subject was not there and apparently told them that he spends a lot of time doing business in New York (Our client and the subject did live in New York prior to moving to Florida). A second Boca Raton private investigator was sent up to the condo a short time later and hidden video of “the other woman” was obtained.

Our client confronted her husband and he admitted to the affair.

Fort Lauderdale

A pregnant Fort Lauderdale woman was concerned that her husband of one year was seeing another woman. His job required that he work unusual hours and she noticed that he was taking out cash from an ATM machine regularly on evenings that he claimed he was working late. We established surveillance and found that he worked until almost 10:30 p.m. on the first day. On our second day, he worked until 7:00 p.m., then went to a drive through ATM at a bank, to a fast food restaurant and then directly to a strip club.

our Ft Lauderdale private investigator noted that two other vehicles from his place of employment were also parked at the club. We were able to go inside and obtain limited video of him inside the club. He did not drink but was noted to get a lap dance and to converse with several of the dancers. He left just after 9:30 p.m. and went straight home.

Our client instructed us to conduct surveillance on two additional occasions with similar results. Based on our investigation, she confronted her husband and ultimately they entered Marriage counseling. She was thankful to work with a Fort Lauderdale private investigator that got her results.

West Palm Beach

In a recent case, our West Palm Beach private investigator was asked to assist a husband residing in West Palm Beach in determining if his wife of 16 years was actually having an affair. She worked erratic hours as a nurse at a local hospital and it was not uncommon for her hours to change with little or no notice. The task was further complicated by the fact that the subject parked inside a secure parking facility that had multiple exits onto the multiple streets.

We were able to work with our client to narrow down the possible evenings for surveillance and he gave his wife prior notice that he and the children would be occupied on that date. Because of the parking situation, we elected to put an operative inside the hospital wearing scrubs one hour before she was expected to leave. At ten minutes before her scheduled end time, she was observed leaving the hospital in street clothing. She was followed into the structure where our private investigator traveling on foot was able to watch which exit she was departing from. He radioed this to the second investigator who was in her car. She was able to get into the traffic flow and follow the subject to a private residence in West Palm Beach. She parked in the street and walked half way around the block to the next street over where she entered a small home. She was inside this location for several hours and we were unable to see her leave in the dark until she was already at her car.

We re-established the surveillance the next evening and were able to observe a male departing that location and going to work. Our research department was able to identify this man and our client recalled that he was a patient of the subject’s at the hospital. He even recalled her speaking of him to her sister on the telephone several months ago. The next week, we re-established the surveillance at the man’s home and acquired the subject as she arrived. This time, we were in position ahead of time and our surveillance was able to see the subject sitting on the man’s lap inside the screened in porch, drinking beer together. Later they moved into the interior of the home, then the man followed her outside where they kissed good bye. The male was noted to be wearing only sweat pants at this time.

After reviewing the tape with our client, we conducted three more days of surveillance and caught her one additional time going to the man’s home. The spousal surveillance was successful and resulted in the client gaining an advantage in his divorce action in West Palm Beach.
